The powder is packed in a compostable sachet made of corn starch, so once you have used it you simply peel the labels off, put them in the recycling and then pop the sachet into your compost bin! The majority of bathroom products contain over 70% water, but as Milly & Sissy products contain no water they save space, reducing their transport carbon footprint by 94%!
You can make this shampoo in a 500ml bottle that you already have at home, or you can purchase one of our beautiful Recycled Amber Glass Bottles.
How to use:
- Add 400ml tepid water to the bottle.
- Pour in all the powder from the sachet - we recommend using our funnel!
- Give it a really good shake.
- Leave the shampoo overnight for all the ingredients to make friends.
- The next morning, shake again and you're ready to go!
We love Milly & Sissy products here at Refill Mill and we think you will too! They are a small, UK-based company owned by two sisters who realised that the number of products we use on a daily basis creates tons of waste, becoming an ever increasing burden on our planet. Their mission is to help reduce this negative impact by creating gorgeous zero waste products that help us all in the struggle to consume less, waste less and pollute less. They believe that every single person can make a difference and that, in fact, it’s only through every single one of us doing our bit that a difference will be made.
